代工廠緯創 (3231) 今(12)日公布第2季財報，淨利為6.16億元，季增6成多，年增6倍多，每股稅後盈餘為0.25元；上半年稅後淨利為9.99億元，年增24.97%，每股稅後盈餘為0.41元；董事會同時通過，董事長林憲銘將免兼任執行長一職，轉兼任策略長，總經理黃博漙則將兼任執行長職務。
緯創第2季營收為1466億元，季增8%，年增0.38%，毛利率4.98%，季減0.71個百分點，營業淨利9.47億元，季減38%，年減38%，營益率0.65%，季減0.48個百分點，年增0.64個百分點，業外表現穩定，稅後淨利6.16億元，季增60.87%，年增6倍多，每股稅後盈餘為0.25元。
緯創上半年營收為2813億元，年減5.2%，毛利率5.3%，年增0.65個百分點，營業淨利為24.76億元，年增196.47%，營益率0.88%，年增0.6個百分點，業外由於第1季認列匯損影響，導致業外金額增加，稅後淨利為9.99億元，年增24.9%，每股稅後盈餘為0.41元。
緯創也公告，因應業務需求，緯創資通(中山)調整相關設備投資金額，擬由原不超過1.32億美元，變更為不超過1.53億美元之額度取得設備。
另外，緯創董事會也通過，董事長林憲銘將免兼執行長職務，轉由擔任董事長暨策略長，負責公司策略規劃及帶領公司長期發展之方向，總經理黃柏漙將接任執行長一職。
